This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Aloudo - TTS Reader browser extension, the website at aloudo.com, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:
- use synthetic or AI voices to imitate or clone the voice of a real person without their explicit consent;
- create deepfakes or content that misleads people about who is speaking;
- produce unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- violate the terms of the underlying voice providers, or use the Service to send spam.
You are responsible for the text you submit and for how you use the generated audio, and for ensuring that this is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of this policy, as set out in our Terms of Service.
